I have seen many people seems don't care to clean their car roof(after snow storm) & leaving those big ice sheets on top of the roof and continue driving, should get highest amount of fine and ticket as they are putting many other people's life .Anyone else agree?

I was visiting the province of Quebec and they actually do hand out tickets if you don't clean the snow of the roof of the car.
It's ggod because it can be very dangerous.
The biggest problem is that I don't know how linehaul trucks would manage it.

Yeah I agree, I've been hit a few times because someone didn't clean it off. Had to replace the windshield too.

yes, it doesnt take much to clean them off. i clean my entire car, i hate to drive behind idiots that only clean the front, partially clean the back and side windows when their roof snow is blowing into my direction.

i agree with you, and so does the state of connecticut. the troopers, or local pd can and have issued fines for this. they also levy fines to tractor trailer trucks for not cleaning the roofs of the trucks off.
