Your side hurts because you are out of shape and it takes time, your breasts on the other hand in not being properly supported. What you need to do is spend some extra bucks on a high quality "Sport Bra", I highly recommend it if you are a C-cup or more. Some A&b cup woman can get by with those dept. sport bras costing less then $15, though I don't reccomend choice eigther...just spend the money on a good quality sport bra in the first place.

You should be careful. Pain is a sign that something is wrong. If you haven't had a check up you need to do so. Depending on your age and how out of shape you are means everything. It could be heart disease.

if you just began running, then it might be normal. you might have done to much work for your body to handle for its first time. next time you run try less time or a lower intensity. Did you eat befroe hand, becasue you should always eat befroe excersings, if not you can get sick and cramo. Did you wamr up, with out a proper warm up you can experience cramping and pains.
