Go to the library and get a book on bookbinding. It isn't hard, but the illustrations are what make it easy. It would take pages to describe the process with words only.

You can also have a book professionally bound for not a lot of money. Look in the yellow pages under bookbinding, ask your local library what binder they use (libraries rebind books regularly).

www.acmebook.com, if you don't have one in your area.

There is also a website called www.lulu.com that will take your manuscript in MS Word format and print and bind it.

It is very cheap and easy to have one bound for you, just goggle book printing etc... and you'll find some.
