i need to know how to make a nice "in loving memory" picture... i want words on it...and a picture.....how do you do that?!!

If you have a Windows Operating system then I strongly suggest you make use of Microsoft Office Publisher - which allows you to insert text and pictures and and formating. Using the applications wizard is a really good start to make a poster / card.
I advise you refer to the programes "help" topic before starting.

You don't state what photoshop you are using so I can only give you a suggestion for Word:

Open a Word document
cl Insert
cl Picture
cl From file

insert the picture
resize it
right-click the picture
cl Order
cl send to back

cl View, Toolbars, Drawing
On the Drawing toolbar, click text box
drag a text box,
right-cl the box
cl Order
cl send to front
type your text.

you can color the text box
remove the outline
drag it into place
