For many years "Attack of the killer tomatoes" was rated as the worse movie ever made. I think some more modern movies have it beat now

I can think of a few off the top of my head

1.Going Overboard- Adam Sandlers first feature film and absolutly TERRIBLE! I think I attempted to watch this about 8 times and still never finished.

2- Rocky V- This should have never happened......

3. Any Hulk Hogan family movie (ie Suburban Commando, Mr Nanny, Santa With Muscles...etc)- Hogan as an intergalactic hero, a nanny, and santa....whats even the point, you know they are bad ideas!

4- Jaws: The Revenge A shark taking revenge for it's family being killed? Come on!

5- Santa Claus Conquers the Martians- This is a REAL movie! Dont believe me? http://imdb.com/title/tt0058548/ I rented it once cause I saw it and just couldnt pass it up. Absolutly terrible movie from the 60's! Nothing goes right with this film!

House of the Dead 2 was without question the worst movie I've ever seen. Part 1 is also pretty brutal to sit through.

"Plan 9 From Outer Space" is widely accepted as the worst film ever made, but is actually good fun to watch because its so daft.

For my money the worst film ever made is a toss-up between "Batman & Robin" and "Battlefield Earth". Both of them are irredeemably shite.

"High Tension" at about the part where the guy kills a 5 year old, I turned it off. It's an absolutely awful movie (I only saw the first 15/20 mins) - but's that all I needed to see!

"Manos, the Hands of Fate"

A really lame horror movie made in Texas on an incredibly low budget in 1971 - made famous on Mystery Science Theater 3000

"Caligula." Bob Guccione (publisher of Penthouse) tricked a bunch of acclaimed British actors (including Helen Mirren) into appearing in a "historical epic." He then went back and added a bunch of hard-core porno scenes. The actors were outraged, and the movie is unspeakably awful.
