Ther is lots of fun things to do in Glasgow..there is lots of great shops,pubs ,clubs,,places to visit for tourists and cinema..ten pin bowling..go to Xscape at Braehead for some fun also.

I know this isn't answering the question - but I plan to go to Glasgow Uni, so could people add any good places for students in glasgow aswell?

there is a million and 1 things to do, we hav a great live music scene, the science centre and imax, mackintosh and greek thomson architecture, 2 major football teams, indoor snowdome, climbing wall etc as well as outdoor artificial slope in bellahouston park, countless galleries, museums etc to cater to all tastes, and not far from the countryside whr u can do some paintballing, clay pigeon shooting, watching wildlife etc or just relaxing, thrs a theme park on the outskirts too,

Depends on what your idea of fun is I suppose! There are loads of great pubs and clubs in the west end and city centre. Also lovely parks, museums, art galleries, shops, cafes, restaurants etc. You won't be bored anyway.

Yeah they have good shops go shopping then for a nice meal or you can always buy something nice to wear to go clubbing at night they have loads of good clubs better than what we got anyway.

there is hundreds to do in glasgow, there are hundreds of restaurants, markets and shops. then you have hundreds of museums and art galleries and famous sites. then there are basic entertainment - pictures, ice rinks, swimming pools, gyms, libraries etc.

depends what you want to do the shops are good in city centre and surrounding areas
