You wait until she says it's okay! Until you feel like you two have made it to that point. Trust me you'll know when it happens! But you two need to be on the same page. And make sure she is absolutely comfortable and okay with it. Doesn't sound like you too much just like her for her, you might want to find someone else if you're just looking to touch her boobs. If you truly respect her you would wait.

When you're making out with her, slowly work your way down starting with her neck. Usually when you get about a couple of inches away, the girl will either pull your hand back up (which means she doesn't want you to touch them), grab your hand and put it on her breast (which obviously means she wants you too), or she will do nothing (which could go either way). Whatever you do, don't go fast when you want to touch them. Take it slow. Usually don't go for them until you make out for a few minutes.

You guys are hopeless when it comes to relationships. Being her boy friend doesn't give you the right to touch anything. It's her body and she decides what you can do and when. She might not ever want her boobs touched so then what do you do? Go find another girl friend that is easier? Worry about being good and kind and loving to her and let her worry about the boob thing. If she wants that with you, believe me, she will let you know. There's a lot more to being a boyfriend than hanging on someone's boobs.

well usually, touching of the breasts occurs during makeout periods. When I was 16, I tried to touch my girlfriends boobs during makeout. She took off my shirt and then hers and then we took it from there. Usually the guy is shirtless.

Depends on the girl really..some girls you can do it within a few hours, others you have to marry first. Start slow, hold hands, put your arm round her shoulder then waist, hug while lying down and other innocent stuff. See whats she comfortable with.
