If you're under 18, tell his parents!! Especially if it's something along the lines I'm thinking (half-naked pics ?).
Other than that, when/if he puts the vid up, have everyone you know to flag the video as inappropiate, and they'll take it down. So the more people, the better.

call the cops..i dunno.
notify the owners of youtube and tell them you will sue if someone posts anything about you. Tell youtube your boyfriends' username on youtube..and if i were you, i'd get onto his computer and delete the video he's gonna upload.
Call ur bf and tell him you'll go to the cops.
