We can say almost same. Both Saudis and Syrians are writing Arabic in the same way, the slight difference is only in verbal accent.

The dialect and or accent is different in almost every country in the middle east, but for the most part everyone understands each other.
From towns and villages in the same country the accent can be different.

Yes...but they can understand each other so easily...it's like the difference between British and American spoken language.
