but she always yells at me and she's gone so she yells at me and says that i never spend time with her but how are we supposed to spend time together when we are never home. she said that she wanted to spend time together on mondays but her boyfriend is there on mondays and i asked how are you going to spend time with me when he's here. she said family time well he's not family. and she doesnt even hardly talk to me when i am there. so should i leave and go move in with my boyfriend that i've been with for five months?

I suppose it depends on your state laws and how old you are.

In alot of states, one can go to the courts and ask to "divorce" their parents. IF you have an after school job and could prove to the courts that you can care for yourself, then yes, you could move out.

In some states 15 is the age. But I think 16 is the real leagl one.

Only if you've reached legal age. You can ask your father to go to court and ask for custody of you. If you're a teenager, there's a good chance that the judge will listen to your preference, unless your father has other problems like drug use, criminal history, not working, things of that sort. Good luck!
