Multi point is a form of electronic fuel injection. And usually has one injector for each cylinder as opposed to the early throttle body fuel injection that houses an injector or two in a throttle body, but is still electronic fuel injection.

Multi-point injection means one fuel injector per cylinder. Electronic FI just means the fuel injection is electronically controlled, which they all are these days anyway. Back in the 80s, several automakers used a throttle body injection which was basically a carburetor which had an injection nozzle inserted rather than using a float bowl like older carburetors. It was supposed to be more precise and easier to aerosolize the fuel.
I don't think there are many cars made now that don't have electronic multi-point injection.

Multi-"port" injection has nothing to do with electronic, it is rather that there is "one injector" for each cylinder. There are/were mechanical Multi-port fuel injected cars. The other type of injection is "throttle body" injection, where one or two fuel injectors are housed in what looks like a carburetor.

Either can be "controlled" by electronics. "EFI" (electronic fuel injection) means the vehicles fuel delivery is controlled by electric pulses to each fuel injector, however many there are...

Multi-point injection has injectors at each cylinder. Throttle body injection has 1 or 2 injectors at a central location that feed all cylinders. Both are electronic fuel injection systems. On multi-point, there are two ways of activating the injectors, one is bank fired, where more than one release fuel at the same time and sequential where only one at a time fire at the proper time.
