Ok, I'll try to answer this seriously, though it IS offensive that you assume we ALL are.
When I am acting "stuck up" toward someone, it is for one of two reasons:
1. I REALLY didn't see you there. See, I am a Mom, a Wife, a Woman with thoughts of her own. I think of at LEAST a handful of things per minute, and if I don't acknowledge you immediately, it might be because I'm not paying enough attention to my surroundings. Feel free to come up and say 'hi' regardless, as it might just jolt my thoughts back into my surroundings. *grin*
2. You (hypothetical) have said (or acted a certain way!) something to me, either in the recent or distant past, which was SO uninformed and ignorant that it's in my best interests to cut my losses and run. In this case, no matter how much you try to get my attention, I will probably give you a "sorry, I'm not interested" response, pretend I don't see you, and walk off in a hurry.
Of course, number two is a VASTLY different reaction than number one, and you'd be able to tell that if you'd look at my face before you tried to get my attention. Either I'll look worried, or I'll look spacey. If I look worried, don't approach me, as I'm avoiding you. If I look spaced out (think "like, duh!"), then I'm just not paying attention, and truly didn't see ya.

White women are no more stuck up than Black women or Hispanic women or Oriental women. You treat a women with courtesy, respect and affection and I guarantee she will respond in kind. You might want to think about the fact that what you consider to be stuck up may really be a shy person. Think about it.

Hi Pistol,
To infer that women of European descent are all stuck up is ridiculous. Some are,but many aren't. It's simple..avoid the ones that are stuck up/arrogant. "the best looking.........world." Hot damn..right on! :) Sigh..living overseas I really miss my European-American sisters that are so fine looking. :(

I'm pretty stuck up too, in the generally accepted term. I'm not white, but that doesn't keep me from believing I deserve the best, or from being good looking. My white boyfriend thinks I'm hotter than Georgia asphalt!

Well that is ur point of view...coz thanks God there are man who knows that what really matters is not in the colour of skin, but they look for intelligence and intellingent warm heart women are those who make people feel ok about themselves...
U should raise ur self esteem and then get something according to it

No seriously, I know a ton of black chicks who thinks their crap doesn't stink, so it's not just white women. Maybe just the one's you're dealing with.
