Yup your tank is too small
a 3 gallon tank for a goldfish in itself will very soon be too small as it grows fast and large
For goldfish , the rule is 24 square inches for each 1 inch of fish body length excluding the tail as it poops a lot.
For the other fishes, the rule is 1 inch of fish per gallon .
I think you can keep the guppies+zebra fish or goldfish but not all in the same tank, that will be too small.

The first things you should do is return the goldfish. Your tank is way to small for a goldfish. With the general 1 inch fish per gallon rule you don't have a lot of choice for fish. I would say at the max, keep 2 of the guppies or 2 of the zebra fish or one of each. Even then you tank will be over crowded. You will have to do a 50% water change each week. You have to remember that fish grow. The best case scenario would be for you to just keep one guppy or one zebra fish.

Also, make sure you research your fish before you buy them. Guppies and Zebra danios are tropical fish. That means that they like temperatures from 76 degrees F to 82 degrees F. You are going to need to buy a heater. Goldfish are coldwater fish. You can't just buy fish and stick them in water without researching what their ideal environment is.

too many fish, and none of those fish will thrive in a 3 gallon tank.

the goldfish needs a 10 gallon whilst small with view to upgrade to a 20 gallon. thats JUST for the goldfish. he's a coldwater fish and should NOT be kept with guppies and zebra danios which are essentially tropical fish.

guppies need a 10 gallon tank minimum really as they're active little fish.

zebra danios need a 20 gallon minimum as they're very active fast lateral swimmers.

the only fish that would thrive in a 3 gallon tank is a betta, but he's also tropical and would really need a heater too to keep his temperature stable. but that's it.

before everything they want a larger tank, a larger tank. With all those fish, i might get a tank approximately one hundred gallons. Is there a filter out? Goldfish want a lot of filtration, is he gasping on the exterior? A filter out could fix that if the tank's cycled.

That is WAY to many fish.

The goldfish should have 10 gallons to himself.

You also mixed coldwater and tropical fish.

You should do some research before taking somethings life into your hands.

Yes your tank is way to small for a 3 gallon tank. You should think about upgrading to at least a 15gal tank

The one inch of fish per gallon rule is generally a good idea.

However; if you already have that many fish in the tank, I would just let natural selection determine if it will be too many. Your filter may be extremely powerful and then it would be OK. Or your fish may be especially hardy and will survive. Just wait and see!

Good luck!

A good rule to try to go by.....for every inch of fish you should have a gallon of water.
