use distilled water same thing or rain water

i own a shop,an all you have to do is finish it with distilled water and it will be fine,don't over fill it just make sure its to the line on the battery ,most of the time all you need to do is cover the cells good,i hope this helps.

If you got the battery new that way, then I'd take it back and exchange it for one that is full.
Otherwise you can add water to it if it's accessable (not non-maintenance).
