Yes. The testi have nothing to do with the erection process. Their job is to produce semen. The male will be able to gain erection but will not be able to impregnate a woman.

They remove testicales from a male horse stallion before/ gelding afterword so that he won't try to mate. Same with bulls

Not possible, because you do not have the necessary hormones used to be produced by the testicles.
Unless you get a jab of hormones....
