I have a Fuji E550 Digital Camera that I bought 2 yrs. ago. It is stuck in the USB Mode and no matter what I do to it, I can't get it to switch back to the normal operating mode so it's pretty much useless now. I've looked online for help but all I get is the usual "sent it back to the factory for repairs" line. I've tried removing and reinstalling the driver with an updated one but have had no luck. There is no reset button on it either, for a hard restart. Can anyone help me with this problem? It's a pretty much brand new camera and it's going to waste. I would appreciate any feedback.

if there is an on/off button, try to open it up and try to unstick it then turn the camera off for a while. then try to reinstall the driver if this doesnt work then send it back.

Don't understand. When you plug it into the USB port, it is simply connected to the computer. When you unplug it, it should operate normally.

Please explain further.
