Offer to help?
I don't believe that making her feel defensive will make things any better. I would be very gentle and positive in my approach, and try to take responsibility for putting some spark back into the relationship.

Number of possibilities:
(1) U both have grown apart in ur marriage and 2gether. Unless there's an emotional n mental compatibility betn u 2, one of u will remain apathetic towards sex. As in ur case, its ur wife, it is she who has withdrawn. The reasons may be with either of u or both of u.....this u can ascertain only by talking 2 her.
(2) There has been something unpleasant about the very sex act itself. She complied in the beginning 2 keep u happy but now she finds them taxing, boring or unpleasant.Again, u got 2 talk. Ask her how u can pleasure her more( coz that's wot she is seeking in masturbation...self-pleasure).
(3) Dont blow ur top on this suggestion....but has she started fancying someone else? Dont presume, just have an open heart-to-heart talk with her.
Above all, dont judge her unfairly before u know the facts. Masturbation is a harmless activity which people use for different reasons.Known 2 b a great stress-buster,2.So, keep ur mind open and talk 2 her. Best wishes!

Well next time she is playing with herself don't say anything - time to do some romancing buddy, roll over facing her, lick and kiss her neck, carress her body softly, just go with the heat of the moment - eventually go south of the border and give her some delightful oral.... do need to have sex and women love getting oral, trust me reignite that fire and don't let the fire die in the bedroom. Try coming home early one night before she gets home from work, buy some candles and flowers, toss in some barry white, make a nice romantic candle lite italian dinner, open up a bottle of vino ----- she will be lifted off her feet and turned on when she see's what you did, afterwards you just go with it, ravage her body and fulfill HER needs.... once she is cattered to she will fulfill your needs with a nice BJ or handjob, just have fun with it and make her feel special, show your love to her, show her how much you still crave her body, tell her that she is freaking turning you on so much .... women eat this up...... this is an easy fix brother, any question on the art of seduction email me and I'll help you out with some great ideas to really do some special things for

Why do you let her think your asleep? Does she use a vibrator? I suggest that you get that tongue of yours busy, and you use the vibrator on her as well as yourself. Why sleep through it. No wonder she masterbates. I would too if I had a lump beside me, doing nothing. If you want some mouth action, then give some.

Give her a little kiss and ask if you can help her. A bit of involvment is better than no involvement. be attentive and non-judging. You both need to spark things up a bit!

There's nothing wrong with what she is doing.
How selfish of you to feel YOUR needs aren't being met.
Try masterbateing along with her!

If it bothers you then confront her. If it doesn't bother you then pleasure yourself while you're watching. You should also explain why she can't have real sex???

"She used to do things for me before now thats gone"
that's where you went wrong.....sounds like she is doing things for herself now.
If you want to have your wife do things for you, then you need to do it for her FIRST.
