She's an English public school girl (that's private school to you yanks) so she speaks 'received English'. She's posh. She certainly isn't a cockney.

There's no such thing as a British accent. You lot wouldn't have the first idea what a Glaswegian was saying, or for that matter a Mancunian, a Geordie, a Welsh valley boy, a Brummie, a Liverpudlian, a Dubliner and so on. I'm a Londoner and I struggle with some of them.
