how do you get the co-op mode to work(before i continue on let me just tell you that i ask this question a bunch times before but got know answer so i aspect you guys to answer) i don't mean over Xboxlive but with via-splitscreen (if that what it's called) my brother and i have tried and tried but we can't get it to work cause it just says that two players must have already signed in, but i already got two profiles for the game!

by the way i just got the Xbox360 last friday and this is the only game i have so far so please help!

at the main menu screen, hit the Y button on both controllers to make sure you have the profiles signed in that you want. Then, go into the co-op mode.

just make sure both players are signed in on their profiles. The xbox 360 dashboard is quite poorly designed and will take some getting used to.

i had no trouble with the game, try signing in both profiles before u put the game in, it should work, if not then i dont even know.

well i had the same problem and wat i did was create a new account and sign that person in via there controller on the main menu screen of gears of war, hopefully this should do the trick =)
