This is a stupid question, I know. But, should I use a teaspoon, a tablespoon, 2 squirts, 7 squirts? None of the brands I use seem to tell you.

If its the concentrated kind, use about a half to one teaspoon in your sink.

If its the regular kind, 2 teaspoons to 1 tablespoon will work.

Its a guestimate, so dont worry if you add just a hair too much. Just have the water running first, then add.

Well for me cheap dishsoaps dont work as well and require alot of soap. Try dawn or polmolive they are concentrated and require about 2-3 squirts i would say. The suds last a long time and clean your dishes better.

Well, I usually begin running the water for whatever I'm going to do...add about a 2 second squirt and it's usually sudsy enough to do what I need it for :) If it isn't sudsy enough I just add another 2 second squirt.

Now...that's a scientific, exacting answer isn't it? It's all good...I cook that way too...never measure, no one has died yet and it all seems to come out just fine.
