Nigeria is a country of email scams. Its known very well. Don't be fooled by the emails coming from Nigeria offering you x or y or z. Don't deal with them on the net.

There is one in Florence, Italy. There isn't one in Nigeria. Did you receive this in an email from someone you don't know? It's just a scam. Just delete it.
