The para Olympic games is the real games test of spirit and faith in a person. The other Olympics are just a ploy to get marketing deals. You never see a one legged Olympian doing an ad for Nike.

I think the Paralympics should be held at the same time as the Olympics. Why do they have to be separate events?

What's wrong with something that gives a sense of self worth to somebody that has been given a raw deal by the fates?

I think its great to give those that might have a particular challenge but a still gifted athletes a chance to compete.
