Is there a law on how close to the front or back of your car some one can park when parrell parking??????

No law. I guess common sense and courtesy don't count as laws.

there is no law but there should be something called common sense and courtesy. However, due to the population boom in certain areas and the scarcity of parking spaces, sometimes it is necessary to "squeeze in"........

No. But always use common decency when parallel parking. You don't want to block someone in. If it's the wrong person, they may do something to your car!
