Well were I'm from 3 sheets to the wind means that yo uhave a good buzz on. So just using local lingo I'd have to say you would be a JackAs$.

well maybe, do you have three sheets to wash? if not you'd only be one or two sheets to the wind, then you would need more laundry and beer.
