Yes they do..... but only if they have ;) Once if they are made accountable for the money they spend then they might reduce spending money...

The "Tweens" (pre-teens: 8-12) spend the most money. Disney is accomodating them well with Radio Disney, Hanna Montana, and other indulgences they and the parents both enjoy.

Yes, OFCOURSE they do.Most teens feel they have more needs nowadays, they go on shopping sprees, they go clubbing and the list goes on.

chronic, low back tats, cell phone ring tones, and putting metal sh1t in their faces.......yeah

on mortgages, car payments, divorce alimony, medical and dental insurance, utilities, groceries..probably not.
