to solve this destructive game ,listen to what they are saying
and find a point you can agree on that is good,
dont react badly or focus on the single badness ,most certainly dont dwell in hell because of care less words
see good in every thing
if unable to see the good get over the bad
its nothing personal
but see good in every thing ,or find the one good truth every lie must have to sound /seem real
with love and peace miricvles come
with anger only evil

grow to be? have not you shown your mettle yet? ok, all seriousness aside now. i'm a Troll, and that i ask inane questions for all time. So, i assume that must be "particular." To be truthful, you may submit a harshly Trollish answer on such questions, thereby shutting it down for the different Collins-type Pop-eyed scholars and get a suited answer with something horridly irrelevant! do no longer tell all and varied that I reported something different than "Nope!" I also have a recognition to stay all the way down to.

Dealing with human beings is always interesting - at home, office or outside anywhere. Learn handling situations (politics) practically. After initial hicups, who knows you may even start enjoying it.

just do your job and watch the fun and have a good laugh and do not get yourself into all these. you should be focussed on you work and your career growht rather than cheap office politics
