who else thinks Arod is a little 'fruity'. No wonder Jeter doesnt want him around anymore.

Yes. A - Rod is a great player, and a danger at the plate. Take into account that people pitch him better than maybe any other hitter except Pujols. They will win with A - Rod this year, and he will have a .650 batting average in the playoffs.

I think that the Yankees can win with him. I have never heard of A-Rod cursing any team.

Yes I think this is the year the Yankees get the ring, and Torrie retires and Arod seeks another team to pay his new HUGE contract.

No. Arod is just not clutch. Yankees might do away with it since they have a lot of good hitters but in playoffs clutch hitting is only thing that counts not baseball records. Too bad they gave away Sheffield.

A Rod does not deserve the blame for the whole team imploding in the playoffs. Sure, he hasn't lived up to postseason expectations, but it is not a one man team...

They will. So what A-Rod had a bad season last year. Everybody has bad games, days, weeks, months, and some even seasons. They'll get a ring plus he deserves one.

The good thing about a new season is that expectations are high and it's all reset from last year. I expect Alex to have a great year and lead the Bombers to the promised land.

No. He has never won anywhere else, why would this be different? Teams may not win after he leaves but their records have all improved the year after he left. Makes you wonder.
