I had that problem a little while back (if you look at my previous questions), but now I'm back and horny as ever again.

Buy ZMA. Its a mixture of Zinc, and I think Magnesium, and some other thing. It boosts your testosterone (sex drive hormone) real high, after takin it for a couple of weeks.

Buy Flaxseed Oil, similar effect, gives you a fatty acid not commonly found in foods, and necessary in production of testosterone. (you can buy all this stuff at amazon.com)

Now probably the most important part is going to a gym, and hitting heavy weight (for you that is). Something you can only hit around 6 times. Do all your workouts like this. The more muscle mass, the more testosterone production. Chest, back and legs exercises pump testosterone like crazy.

Trust me, you'll be horny again, sometimes so horny its frustrating, but thats a good thing.

Email me with results.

Get a hotter woman!!

I believe that sex drive has to do a lot with your mind, but in many cases your diet may affect it. Exercise is good for you so if you don't exercise is something you should look into. Try different things with your partner(s). Have a nice salad once in a while, and don't watch too much porn if that is what is going on, don't add stress to your life!!

If it becomes a problem go to a physician it could be something else.

Good Luck!!

Could be caused by depression or from working too many hours. Viagra, flax seed oil, and all of that crap may help with physical problems. A decreased sex drive is psychosomatic and you need to get your head fixed not your package fixed.

wear boxers not briefs as the scrotum being hot causes a decrease in sperm, make sure you're getting a good nutritionally sound diet, exercise, and enough sleep. if that doesn't help, there are several herbs that can benifit some. yohimbe has been helpful to some, go into an herb shop and talk to the herbalist on duty.

It,s hard to say whats happening as you did,nt go into details such as age, sudden change in diet, increase in recreational drugs or alcohol,an emotional loss, feeling of depression, overall health.prescription drugs you may be on.all of those things can contribute to loss of drive.(and to all of you who reccomend Viagra, that's for men who can,t get an erection!)what good is an erection if you don't feel like doing it? loss of drive is usually a symptom of something more going on and to find out what that is you need to see the doctor.he can help determine the cause and come up with a solution that works for you. good luck.

Exercise.
Sleep.
A new girlfriend or two.
Or an old girlfriend in stockings
(no really, men can usually go it once or twice with the same woman, but then parts of them often lose interest. However if presented with another woman, desire returns and they can perform again, and if another woman appears... so frills and naughty undergarments etc fools men's less perceptive parts into seeing another woman. Stockings QED)
Ginseng.
Personally, rugby.

Take a break...wait a while...relax...and nothing happens than worry and go to doctors. Maybe your curiousity has gotten the better of you and you need a change. Try KY my husband loves the stuff.

You should talk to your doctor. All joking aside, it could mean that there is something more serious wrong. Also stress or anything that is going on in your life that is more dramatic can cause this.

Check your kidney function. Iron level in the blood. Could be natural aging too.
