"Weed Pipes"?

Question

Is it illegal to buy PIPES used to SMOKE this drug? I heard somewhere you can go to a federal prison if the package is traced ..etc, can someone enlighten?

I'm not sure,but there was just a story on a news channel in Colorado that there are medical places in Colorado Springs where you not only can legally sample different types of weed just like your favorite deli in the supermarket,but you can also buy bongs,and smoking pipes,as long as you have a note from your doctor "medical prescription".
These stories have sprung out lately because of a man that was a proponent for legalizing marijuana,and was recently killed in his home and openly smoked on 4/20 with crowds of people in the capital city of Colorado ,Denver,and also grew plants in his home.
He was killed in his home recently.
I do think it might be illegal to ship drug paraphernalia across state lines,different states have different laws,that is the problem.
Colorado's laws are not very stringent for use of this drug.

Pipes no! You can purchase glass pipes at your local porn store (they are considered for tobacco use only but we know what they are really intended for)! The only way you are going to get in trouble for possession of a pipe is if it has been used and has traces of marijuana resin on it! If the pipe is clean or used for just tobacco it is completely legit! Weed on the other hand is illegal of course! Depending on how much you get caught with or what state you reside in it can be a misdemeanor or a felony! You are safe purchasing a pipe without having to worry it has a tracer on it! Be careful possession tickets are expensive and long lasting on your record!

I know you can but all types of bongs and pipes in Atlanta, but if you mention ANYTHING about useing illegal drugs while purchaseing one, you'll be told to get out of the store and not come back. You can only ask for "tobbacco pipe".

Um, no. Ever hear of smoke shops or porn stores? They sell them there at the front counter. They are labled "smoking accessories" for "tobacco use only". That's how they are legally sold so as not to promote illegal drug use.

Nope...at least not in Canada. You can go to head shops anywhere...even kiosks at a mall...and buy pipes. The weed....a whole different matter...
