I do that, except the point of wearing a tampon is so you don't have to wear a pad, lmao. So use a pantyliner and that will save any drips from staining your underwear. And if you start to get a flow onto your pantyliner, then it is time to change your tampon. Don't use pads because that totally depletes the reason for using a tampon, and it is big and bulky and I only wear them when I go to sleep or get out of the shower.

Sure honey! If your like me and don't like pads to much, go and get those thin panty liners, just as a fail safe for your tampon. It'l give you bout half an hours worth of flow to get a change!

Yes, it is perfectly OK. The only thing you have to remember is to change your tampon frequently as you could be at risk if you do not. Waiting too long between changes can put you at risk of a staphylococcus aureus infection which can lead to toxic shock syndrome (TSS) and death from septicaemia (blood poisoning).

Of course its ok! Sometimes a panty liner works better than a pad. Its not quite as big and bulky and will still keep you safe from leaks.

Yes, that is probably the best way to do it. tampons leak sometimes, and pads alone can get gross.

I use both and find it better because it is more protection and makes me feel more secure. GoodLUCK with your tampons!

PS: Scented tampons are yummy

sure, just change your tampon as normal. don't leave it in there, you can still build up toxins.
