This is a scam.
Usally the "Lottery Scam" involved getting both your personal information and your money. They will try to get you to give them your bank account information so they can raid it, or they will insist that you need to pay some "FEES" up front in order to get the money. If you do, then there will be some other fees, or more fees and more fees until you either give up or run out of money.
SCAM. Delete it and move on.

There is no such thing as a free lottery. It is a scam going around the country and if you got the same one that a lot of people have then it is probably asking you to send a small amount of money to them for "tax purposes". In turn they will send you a phony check.

I've gotten so many of those silly e-mails I've lost count; don't even waste your time e-mailing them back - it's a scam.
