My scanner scaned 4 things and now it won't work! Why won't it work anymore? Please help me!?

It is a scanner, I tried it today after I scanned four things and it just wouldn't work! >:-( What is the 'cause' of that? Why won't it work?

More information is needed, or other wise we'd be guessing.

Such as: What is happening that tells you that there is nothing working? What should be happening? Get any error messages?

Good information: When I scan, I usually get a photo appearing in my editing program, but now the scanner doesn't even turn on when I click the SCAN NOW button in the program.

Bad Information: When I click it, it won't do it.
