I am a guitarist and i need to find a new amp, wah-wah pedal, distortion,ETC...... Where can i find them because i am not of age yet and have a tight budget????

Go to guitar stores first and notice prices.
Next, go to the local pawn shops and check prices.
Be careful though because sometimes pawn shops price their stuff too high. Sometimes you can find real bargains though, especially on amplifiers and effects.

Go to a guitar shop. Last time I checked, there is no minimum age for buying musical equipment.

Save up your lunch money and get a modeling amp. There are many good ones which are semi affordable

Try Ebay for some really good deals or, try Guitar Center if you live near one.
