In their hatred for the President and VP, they have lost sight of the fact that an attack on one American is an attack on all of us.

I guess their crocodile tears for lives lost in this war don't apply to the Vice President.

Hypocrite, thy name is liberal!

Mr White: Did you feel the same way about Slick Willie, or does your moral outrage only apply to the GOP?

Oh come on! Are you kidding me? Isn't that the pot calling the kettle black? Didn't you just rub your hands together when you heard the news....running to your computer to use this latest incident as a slag against liberals?

If you would take off your partisan blinders for a moment, you would realize that this latest bombing is PROOF that the supposed war on terror is being fought in the wrong place. And no...I wasn't upset to see that Cheney wasn't killed...but I do think it was a pretty clear message from the Taliban that the US has its forces in the wrong place. A message that Democrats have been trying to make for a couple of years....but I guess the Taliban have a stronger way of making a point.

I don't want either Bush or Cheney dead. I want them out of power. 23 more months and these bums hit the road.

What I do feel bad about is the soldier who died in the attack. Afghanistan is a legitimate target. But any American soldier's death is a tragedy. It's too bad Cheney will never know what being a soldier is all about.

It's a sad commentary that people like you would sink so low as to accuse liberals of wishing for the death of the Vice President. It's true that we don't like him. However, I most certainly don't want him to die. Having the VP die isn't good for America no matter which party the VP belongs to. People like you is what is bad for America.

You shouldn't classify all liberals as leftists, of those that I know, not one of them is happy about what happened to Vice Pres. Cheney. While we may not agree with his politics, that has nothing to do with his value as a human. The only people who take joy in the suffering of their opponents are the extremists, and believe me both sides have more than their fair share of them.

equally as seditious is that the righties are just as happy this happened so they can continue to belive this butchering in Iraq is justified and get off on seeing more death and destruction even though this attack did happen in Afganestan. loser!

Yes, it is sad that people are honing in on the VPs close call and not the fact that there were people were killed in that attack.....
