(9xy)¹/²
\/(4x³y) : \/(9xy) =
\/4/9x² = 2/3x

Answer is 2/3x.

This can easily be solved if you note that sqrt(a) / sqrt(b) is equal to sqrt(a/b).

So you have sqrt( 4(x^3)y/9xy )

The bit in the brackets simplifies very nicely.
