No. You should tell her that is bother's you. If she keeps doing it I would go take stuff that you know she has filed out of the file cabinet and make it look like she lost it! Just Kidding. But seriously, this black woman at my work told me that back in the 70's it was real racist around here and a white lady did that to her and then right before the lady retired she told her what she had done and apologized.

I definitely would not be sarcastic. That solves nothing. Politely approach her and say "I don't know if you were aware, but I am allergic to that kind of cleanser, I would appreciate it if you wouldn't spray it when I am around.."

well perhaps the cleaner should disappear, find out why she dislikes are repay the favor OR you just be an adult and ask her not use it while you're around. then if she persists tell your supervisor/owner and if it continues file a complaint with human resources.

what you do....is staple an butt load of plastic cups together and then put them on her desk....fill them with water and place a straw in one. She won't be able to remove them without drinking all of the water....that would be quite congratulatory...
