I'm afraid the only thing I can suggest is going to the Citizens Advice Bureau or getting legal advice form a solicitor. It does seem rather weird that they have waited so long to claim the money, but I have a feeling that there is no "statute of limitations" for the CSA, its like Tax Credits, they have the right to claim their money back, even if its unfair, immoral or impossible to pay.

I wish you all the best, and sorry I can't help any more than that.

The formula is not rocket science, 15% for one child, 20% for two. You must know if the correct money is being paid and to allow a debt of £2500 to accrue is just madness, and in effect, stealing from the child for whose upkeep it is meant. At 15% this suggests that somehow you have understaed your income by about £16,500 over the period. After 21 the debt doesn't go away it just stops getting bigger. It is a debt, stop bleating, pay up and move on.

Hey! I hear ya! My husbands ex filed for child support increase too. She got a judgement 6 mos. later and it was retroactive back to the date that she filed. We were $5000 in debt before we even knew anything about it. Just pay a little each month until it`s paid off. He does owe it and there`s nothing you can do about it. It put us in financial hardship too, but they can`t set the amount you pay every month, as long as you pay something.

As I stated in the previous, you are able to seek for the suggestion of a great solicitor and do in basic terms as he tells you to get around one and all of those threats out of your husband. And he has no determination in what your Will says or does not say. do not enable him to intimidate you this way. no remember what he threatens they're in basic terms threats as quickly as you get the regulation at the back of you. hire a great lawyer, break up and all criminal papers so as superb away. you are able to end all this blackmail now. Taking it to courtroom does not recommend he will win. save your funds or borrow out of your uncle to pay for criminal help in this remember! it is the only thank you to get around all this. And ask in the adventure that your uncle can replace his will so as that it stipulates if the valuables is offered the money could be put in a have confidence on your use in basic terms. carry in there and don't provide in or provide up!

Get straight to the Citizens Advice Bureau and find out
how you stand.
I don't think they can tell you how much you have to pay
each month. If you don't have the money what are you
supposed to do - rob a bank?

Want to know how to get your ex back? Change yourself. Don't worry about changing other people, worry about changing yourself. Go to https://tr.im/JAss7

Once you do that then you can start to worry about getting back together with your ex, other wise you will find that you are fighting about all the same things and getting no where. Do what it takes and I promise things will work out in your favor.

The funny thing is I came to the realization that I had to change a little too late. After I was kicked out and after I was about to lose the only things that truly mattered to me - her love. A funny thing happens when we truly love someone and lose them. We do what ever it takes to get them back. For me I had to drop bad habits that had caused not only our relationship to sour but practically every other relationship I had had in the past. Not only with women, but with friends, co-workers, family, you name it.

Which is why I say to you as my ex at the time said to me, the only thing you can do is change yourself. Work on yourself and improve on the person that you already are. Drop the negative things in your life that don't belong there and you will see all of your relationships start to take off to new heights.
