eyeliner correctly on your lower lashes? I am not sure i am doing it right!!! Thanks!!

Where do u put it on lower lashes? Underlashes, on top or do u blend it in the lashes? I have heard so many different ways, but what is right?

As long as you don't share your eyeliner, you can apply it right above your eyelashes (the skin from where your eyelashes start to your eye.) Don't line the whole eye because it will make them look smaller, to make them look bigger you should just apply a bit on the edge nearest to your ear. A brown color will do better than black, which hardens your gaze. It may take some practice before you can apply the eyeliner quickly and without poking your eye, but it's worth it.

HI, you can apply it directly to your lid, or for a more smokey effect apply it by the lower lashes and then smudge it so its not a harsh line. just use a little at a time and keep blending, you can always build it up! Sometimes it can look nice if you do both.
