Im doing the play the jungle book, and i have the part of Shere Khan the tiger.
I need ideas on movement (we are standing not crawling) as I don't know whether i should act more cat like, being that he is a tiger, or whether I should act more proud and arrogant, being that he rules the jungle.

any ideas on improving my part
or links to videos of jungle book plays?

Well firstly i think you should take into consideration the cat-like and proud features. So act arrogant and proud or perhaps more like an upper class person or something you can relate to in human form. Then also combine the cat like features into it so perhaps rolling of Rs and elongating of words in a lazy, cat like and yet important manner, as if you know you are better than them.

Watch videos of the big cats and pay careful attention to their movements. Incorporate those stances and movements into your own. You need to observe the tiger to become one.
