My view is see from futuristic perspective. 10 Kms from South Delhi, Too many builders taking interest in the surrounding area. Delhi will be fully developed for Common wealth games Tr 2009 end. Agra top tourist spot , this route passes thru this area will be beautified by government. Lot of supply but will get absorbed by middle class because flats in Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida unreachable for middle class. 5000 families shifting to Delhi per month. Tremendous job opportunities.
I believe 3-5 years patience will see your money shyrocketing in this area. All bottlenecks will sorted out because of huge deployment plans.
