I dont think diets and skipping meals are the answer . Regular exercise (45 mins a day ) and healtier choices when it comes to food are the way to go .Aim for high fibre and low fat foods .You should try eating 5 times a day, with 2 small snacks in between your main meals (fruit ,low fat yogurt ) as this keeps your metabolism going and your metabolism of course burns fat. A great way to lose weight is to exercise first thing in the morning before you have eaten anything ,this way you are going straight into your reserve fat and not buring off what you have eaten all day. Another great way is interval training ,this is when you speed up for x amount of time ,slow for x speed back up etc... eg - fast for 2 slow for one ....you can burn a lot more this way in say half an hour than going at a steady pace for a longer time . good look .

Exercise everyday. Go jogging around your block everyday. Stop those candy and chocolate. Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day instead 3 time per day. Dont eat until you are full. If at night you are hungry, eat fruits. Drink alot of water. For more info go to this site.

i lost 60 pounds doing the atkins new diet revolution, i am completely happy and healthy as a horse (with the bloodwork to prove it) i suggest you pick up a copy and read the book then decide whether or not to commit to it. the most important thing is that you choose a program and stick to it, make sure you drink plenty of water and exercise at least 3 times a week. good luck!

Eat 5 fruit and veg a day, drink 8 glasses of water and excerise is the most important bit!!! Try excersing around 20 minutes per day, it always works.
