For starters, RVD won the last money in the bank. WWE has also released a MITB set of action figures, and Jeff Hardy was one of the toys, therefore I'm not surprised.
Finally, Jeff Hardy will NOT win the MITB.

There's no way Jeff Hardy will win the MITB. He is just in there for the one big spot, either a swanton or whisper in the wind off a ladder onto the spanish announce table or something.
I would have rather seen Shelton in there again, he has been the MVP of the last two MITB matches.

Jeff is amazing wrestler. Even with some openings still for competitors for the match with Jeff, Booker, CM Punk and Edge it is going to be an amazing match.
