ACC. You know how i know? The Big 10 has NEVER won the ACC/Big 10 challenge.

This isn't even a contest. It's the ACC. This year, the ACC is better than the Big Ten. Historically, the ACC is better than the Big Ten.
This year, the Big Ten is carried by Ohio State and Wisconsin. Where are the rest of the teams? The ACC has a lot of good teams this year, compared to the 2 dominant team Big Ten.

I think that the Big 10 is the better basketball conference because the ACC isn't that good this year, the only good team is UNC and Virginia Tech, and maybe 2 or 3 more.

Both have put out some great players over the last 10-15 years. Both have a significant presence during tournament time, usually always putting 5 or 6 teams in.
Overall, for the coaching and stability of organizations, I will say Big 10.

the ACC is consistently the best conference in division one... as much as I hate to say it... The Big Ten is often a close number two.

Its not even close, the Big Ten has the supreme conference. The teams are so good it is almost impossible to win a road game.
