some Heely skate shoes at a cheap price? He really wants them, but i just can not see paying $60 for them!!!

Do you actually want the "Heely" brand? If so, Ebay. If not, check your local mall, mine has a kiosk set up with a knock-off, I think $30 a pair.

Try e-bay. Actually, $60 isn't a bad price. Tell him that they will be an early b.day gift and not to be expecting video games or a skateboard though if you can't afford much.

try a second hand store , trift shop or ebay $60.00 is a fairly good price.it beats $100.00
