I agree it takes a stronger person to ignore behavior like this, and continuing to be cordial and kind will likely do your "friend" in.
Of course that's not what you want to do right? so...
Any crack about your height can be reversed on her, since that is a dominate difference between you two (well besides her having a lousy personality). let's look at an example:
her- "yo stretch, why don't you go play some basketball"
you- "why do you assume I play basketball, because I'm tall? You don't see me telling you to play miniture golf, do you?"
Get the idea? Run with it and I wish you the best...
