If you're in London, take her for the next Arsenal home game which you get tickets for!
If not, you can still buy her lots of Arsenal goodies like books, the magazine, DVDs, stuff from the home, etc. either from their official site, or from eBay! Lotta good stuff available cheap on eBay actually!
Depending on what she already has of the team, you can decide what to buy...

I know its hard to buy a present for someone..
I will give you some of my ideas:
* T-shirt with Arsenal FC
* ticket for the match Arsenal vs. .....
* a book with her hobbies ( for example about Aresnal FC or something about law)
* your ideas?

If you are looking to spend a little over a hundred, get her a briefcase for work. If you are looking to spend a little under $50, get her a gym bag with some working out gloves.
Also in hallmark, they have these cute little structures that have funny sayings and stuff, that she'll enjoy.

Call her gym and ask if they offer any personal training. If they do, get her a few sessions with a personal trainer.
