If you know how long your cycle is then you can estimate when your next period should come - count back from that day 10 - 16 days and have sex on those days or every other day during the week you expect to ovulate. If you know when you will ovulate than have sex 3 days before the day of and the day after. Good luck.

Short of having sex during your fertile times there's nothing you can do to get pegnant faster. It can take up to a year or more in even the most fertile of couples.Given the fact that we only have a 20-25% chance of conceiving in any given cycle ,it's a wonder ever get pregnant at all.Best thing to do is relax and let nature take it's course. We've been ttc for 15 months and just finally got a +,so be patient and try not to stress about it,stress can do bad things to your body.Good Luck :)

Here is advice that worked for me. When I tried to get pregnant I hit it on the dot. I have longer periods but this month I was fertile sooner. I counted my period as day 1 then I counted 2,3,4 after day 4 I counted over at 1 again and then counted 14 days. I had sex around that 14 days and I hit it right where it needed to be hit. I'd say have sex around day 11 and again at 13. Since sperm can live in your body for up to 5 days and if you were fertile then you might hit it.
I can't promise you that you will, but that is what I did. I'm 31 weeks pregnant now. So who knows. Good luck and hope things work out for you.

They usually say give it 12 months after a miscarriage but if your ready .... right what i did was get a thermometer and for a week monitor your temp each morning and record in a book then the following week test every morning at the same time, if your temp happens to go up a little that's when your likely to conceive, my doctor told us this and 12 months later we had twins !! i have to say might not work for everyone but its worth a try
Good Luck xx

I believe a miscarriage is no different than a period. You should be ready to go the very next cycle. Timing intercourse is extremely important. If your cycle is 28 days, you'll be most fertile 14 days after your period. Register at http://www.fertilitygal.com for a free online ovulation calendar. It will really help you understand your fertile days.

Have sex the day or two before your period...or during the week you're before you're scheduled to menustrate or the day to a week right after your period...that is when you are most fertile...let your partner penetrate you in the missionary or doggy style position ...even cowgirl...make sure that he ejaculates fully....even continues the lovemaking as he ejaculates..if that dose'nt work after 3 months...you should start thinking about artificial insemination....talk to your gynocologist and see if there are any problems with your uterus...
