Tell her at the .....wedding, birth, arrest, and/or anytime else all of you are together. Just remember this, everything comes out eventually. If you care about keeping your friendship, maybe honesty is the best policy, but then again loose lips....

First of all what were you thinking. Thats a best friend we are talking about, someone like a sister to you.
She isnt going to like you for what you've done.
But you are going to have to tell her, because its bad if she catches you guys together. And you not telling her about it.
Best friends are supposed to ahve a close relationship, where they can talk together about everything.
