Mrs Justice Gloster QBE is a commercial court judge in the Royal courts of Justice, I would like to know what the QBE stands for, it may be Queens Bench ....something or other.

Do you mean OBE? It means Officer of the British Empire, or Order of the British Empire.

This is a typo. Mrs Justice Gloster is a Dame member of the British Empire (DBE).

OBE, not QBE. Elton John is the only one who is allowed to use the QBE, I'll have you know! George Michael wants to use the QBE, but he is not allowed, because of his Public Lav activities!

Could it possibly have been GBE . This denotes a Dame Grand Cross of the Order of the British Empire.

It's "Order of the British Empire". Nothing else, no silly words made to fit to be funny or insulting, and not officer either.
