Okay, so i have already discussed my horrible gas and was reassured that i am not the only one stinking up the place, so i might as well keep going. Everyone talks about constipation during pregnancy but i have just the opposite. I have alot of frequent bowl movements. Not diarreah, but not regular formed stools either. I have to poop about 4 times a day! I am not exagerating either! I honestly go at least that much every single day. When i first wake up in the morning i feel a slight cramping in my tummy like the one you have when you are about to get diarreah, and after i poop i feel better. Has anyone else had any problems with this?

I am the same exact way! I actually had diarrhea, but that was a virus...NOW it's soft & sometimes multiple times a day, sometimes not. I get an odd rumbling in the tummy & then a pain...then I gotta go.

Not every woman will have the constipation. Honestly. I'm happier this way. I'd rather go, than not...

Hey Hon, funny I even found your post this morning. I just found out I am pregnant and it seems all I have been doing is going to the bathroom and not to pee!! I have my first OB appointment on March 7th so I am going to ask him about it then. I just spent about a half hour on the toilet and I feel like I am not done!!!! Not glad you are having the same problem, but glad that I am not alone. I'll keep checking back to see if anyone has any answers. Take care!!

I am the same way. I went less BEFORE I got pregnant. I think constipation is the one pregnancy symptom I am not having...lol.
We should be grateful though, my best friend would go like 5 days without a BM when she was pregnant and she was miserable.

I didn't have anything that bad but I was a lot more regular, yes. It may be because you're consciously eating more fruit and veg and fibre.
